From 8,90 €/month + VAT. Try it free for 14 days: a card is required and nothing is charged until it ends.

  • VeriFactu and Facturae 3.2.2
  • One certificate per company, encrypted
  • You decide every tax

01 /AS SIMPLE AS THAT

Up and running in under 15 minutes.

From your company details to your first invoice. One clear step at a time.

  1. 01

    Set up your company

Tax details, digital certificate and invoice series, step by step and in that order.

  2. 02

    Issue with suggestions by zone

Facturium suggests VAT, IGIC, IPSI or IRPF based on the customer and the transaction, and warns you if your choice does not match. What you choose is what gets issued.

  3. 03

    Grow without switching software

Add more companies, invite your team or give your advisor access. Your setup stays as it is.

02 /EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE

Fewer doubts. More control.

Invoices, expenses, quotes and income tax in one program. Facturium suggests and warns you; you decide, without having to be a tax expert.

01

Invoice with help on every tax

Facturium looks at who your customer is, where they are and what you sell them, and suggests the tax for each line: IVA, IGIC, IPSI or IRPF. If you choose another, it warns you and explains why. What you choose is what gets issued.

Suggestions are guidance only. If a case is unclear, check with your advisor.
02

Upload your expenses. Check the data. Done.

Drop all your supplier invoices at once, as PDFs or photos. Facturium reads the supplier, tax ID, base, VAT and total; you check them, confirm, and your tax advisor gets notified.

Up to 30 files at a time. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.
03

See your income tax coming

From what you invoice and what you spend, Facturium works out your next Form 130 and estimates how you will close the year. You know how much to set aside before the deadline, without spreadsheets.

These are estimates from your data. You or your tax advisor file the return.
04

Your tax advisor connected, at no extra cost

Invite them by email or find them in the advisor directory. They see your invoices, expenses and VeriFactu statuses as soon as you confirm them, without you forwarding anything by email every quarter.

Read-only access: your advisor looks things up, you stay in control.
05

From quote to invoice, without retyping

Prepare quotes and proformas with the same lines and taxes as an invoice. When your customer accepts, you turn it into an invoice draft with everything copied; you review it and issue it.

Quotes use no invoice number and are never sent to the tax agency.
06

All your companies in one account

Your freelance activity and your companies, each with its tax details, series, certificate and VeriFactu mode. Switch company from the menu, without logging out.

From 1 issuing company to unlimited, depending on your plan.
07

Switch without starting from scratch

Bring your customers, products and series from Excel or CSV. Before importing you see which rows are new, which get updated and the suggested tax zone of each customer. Your series pick up where you left off.

Coming from another program? Export your data to CSV or Excel and upload it.
08

Issue and check the submission status

When you issue, Facturium signs the record, sends it to the AEAT and shows the answer in the list. If the tax agency doesn't answer, it retries on its own. The PDF with its QR and the Facturae XML, always at hand.

The tax QR code can be verified on the AEAT's website.

03 /TAX COVERAGE

Every territory, with its own tax.

IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla, customers in the EU and the rest of the world. Facturium suggests the treatment for each invoice based on where you and your customer are; you decide what gets issued.

IPSI

Ceuta and Melilla

In Ceuta and Melilla, IPSI applies instead of VAT. Facturium suggests the IPSI for each line, also when it is exempt, and sends it to VeriFactu with its own tax code.

  • Standard and exempt IPSI
  • Tax code 02 in VeriFactu
  • Sales to the mainland with their suggested treatment

05 /LET’S MAKE THINGS CLEAR

Any questions?

What people ask most before getting started.

You create your account, choose a plan with monthly or yearly billing, and enter your card. Nothing is charged during the first 14 days. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing; otherwise the subscription you chose begins. The trial applies to each account’s first subscription.

No. Prices are shown without VAT, and 21% is added on your subscription invoice. With the yearly plan you pay for 10 months and use 12.

Under Royal Decree-law 15/2025, on 1 January 2027 for those who pay Corporate Income Tax and on 1 July 2027 for everyone else, freelancers included. Facturium already submits to the tax authority in VeriFactu mode and also works in non-VeriFactu mode, with signed records, so you choose when to start.

If you issue few invoices and need nothing else, it may be enough: it is free and also sends your VeriFactu records to the tax authority. With Facturium you can also export your records to switch software, and keep track of supplier expenses and receipts (Autónomo, Pyme and Estudio) and your IRPF estimate (Autónomo, Pyme and Estudio). Details of the free app as published by the AEAT on its website (October 2026).

You do. Facturium suggests the treatment based on the customer, the zone and the transaction, and warns you if your choice does not match, but it never changes it or blocks any option. What you choose is what gets invoiced and sent to the tax authority. If you are unsure about a specific case, check with your advisor.

Yes: VAT on the mainland and the Balearic Islands, IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla, intra-community transactions and exports. If your company is taxed in the Basque Country or Navarre, their own invoicing system applies there (such as TicketBAI), which Facturium does not cover yet.

Yes. Each company has its own tax details, series, certificate and VeriFactu mode. Companies per plan: Autónomo: 1 issuing company (your tax ID); Pyme: up to 3 issuing companies; Estudio: unlimited issuing companies.

Yes, on every plan and at no cost to them. You invite them by email or find them in the advisor directory, and they get read-only access to your invoices, customers and VeriFactu statuses.

Each company uses its own certificate, which is never shared with another one. We store its password encrypted because we need it to sign your VeriFactu records and resend them to the tax authority while you are not logged in, for example when the AEAT does not respond and the submission has to be retried.

Each invoice shows its status: issued, sent, accepted, accepted with errors or rejected, with the AEAT’s response. If the tax authority does not respond, Facturium retries the submission automatically.

There is no automatic import yet. The usual approach is to add your customers and series in Facturium, start invoicing from a given date and keep your previous software to look up old invoices.

Yes, from your account and with no lock-in. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Remember to download your invoices: the law requires you to keep them.

In the footer of this page, available without signing up: privacy, terms, legal notice, DPA and the list of sub-processors. The system’s statement of conformity (declaración responsable) is inside the app.
